If the government decides to shutdown or limit group gathering during your event date you have three options:

  1. Reschedule your event to a later date. Your deposit will be moved to the new date free of charge.
  2. Do a 50 person or Government mandated capacity event. We will not charge you the total guest amount that you previously booked due to the circumstances, the money deposited for your event (while non-refundable) will go towards a deposit and final balance for a 50 person or Government mandated capacity event. (PEC requires 50 persons minimum for any event)
  3. Abandon event. You will not be responsible for the remaining balance due, however any monies given are non-refundable. This decision must be made a minimum of 12 weeks prior to event.

Your decor company should schedule their setup time with the hall to ensure that the room is available. Tear down should happen the same night after your event is complete. (by your decor company)

• Touchless faucets, toilets, urinals and door options for men and women washrooms

• A variety of service options including, served buffet, family style and table service

• Sneeze guard around buffet parameter (if applicable)

• Spaced out seating 4-6 per table instead of 10-12 (based upon request and guest count)
